engine wire tuck
i was wondering how hard it is to do a wire tuck on a 98 civic. What would i need? Is there a kit? If anyone knows how lemme know i would like to get it done
thanks Ben
thanks Ben
no kit, basically you just need some extra wire, and some electrical tape - would be best to solder together each wire.
difficulty depends on how far you want to go with your tuck.

Very true. Luckily, I haven't had any problems on the 5-6 cars I've done.
Honda-Tech has a great thread with alot of tips. I don't post in it but the things people are doing now are sick.
The three piece harness is sick and I think I'll do that next time I do a wire tuck.

Well, in truth, we actually took it a step (or 20 steps) further and cutom made our harness...from scratch
Dameon (D-Tuned) my tuner and good friend sat down one night and completely wired a harness from scratch, with only the wires that we needed. **He burned the hell out of his hand soldering everything and has a huge scar from it...he like to brag about how he "bled" for my car. lol
FYI...we saved 18pounds removing un-needed wires. I never though stock wiring weighed that much.
