I used 4.10s on my M6 F-body with a Mickey Thompson drag radial mounted on the factory rim without any problems really. It gets kind of loud if you have an aftermarket exhaust and obviously gas mileage is somewhat reduced. But it's really not all that bad. It really brought the car to life in my opinion. Good luck

Thats 4.11 gears....4.10s is 162mph at 6000 as stated above.
I was wrong above...its actually 3k rpms at 80mph not 60mph, but even still thats a lot of RPMs in a V8 for cruise speeds.

) with no overdrive. Think about cruising down the highway in your f-body in 4th with some 4.10s, it would get old fast.

you have no OVERDRIVE
your 3rd or 4th gear it a 1:1
that means....
if you have 4.10's and your cruising at 75mph, then your running @ 4100rpms
AND
if you have 4.88's and your cruising @ 75mph, then your running @ 4880rpms
