P.S. Friday I filed charges w/ the Va. Beach Sheriff's dept. They have all of your info. and should be contacting you shortly with the court subpoena.
I've also hired a lawyer, so I will be suing for court costs, lawyer fees, and my $300 + interest as we had discussed. My advice is pay my money, and then you won't have to pay thousands, only the $300 + interest.

I was there when you worked on the car. Im ChrisCon obviously. I remember him having a check, and I remember cashing it with him because I was his and Dan's ride for a long ass time. I also remember him telling me and another friend you did it for free. I really couldnt believe it, but I did. This makes more sense.
