Ummmm....no. Split bumper is RS specific and could be combined with Z28 and SS on certain years and not on others. The standard Z28 front end is shown in the first car on your google link,which is the full width front bumper and rectangular parklamps recessed below the bumper in the front lower valance vs the round lamps for the RS in the upper header panel between the headlights and grille.

ya, i dont think you can thorw the motor, but if you want to try, be my guest....But i was planning on just stripping it down and installing new rings and rod bearings in it just to see if i can do it.
