I would not feel too bad. Even when I am at my best shape on the bike, I still wind up pushing the bike up about 25% of the hills on this trail.

true that, i had to push my bike up a hill at least 5 times....

haha and then the 'exit' sign comes after fucking FOREVER, and like 30 seconds after you see the "exit ---->" sign, you go up like a 100m steep uphil you could never even dream of riding up.

Oh yeah, it does take forever.

I remember the first time I rode that trail. I went by myself in like 2004. It was the middle of August, and with the heat index the temperature was like 103. I always weigh myself before I go on a ride. I was carrying a 1 liter water bottle full of gatorade. And my camelback with 1.5 liters of water in it. I drained both of those by about the 3/4 mark on the trail. I was in so much pain when I finished it, I was literally praying that the end of the trail be around the next corner. When I got home from my ride, after stopping and getting another drink for the ride home, I was 7 pounds lighter then I was when I left 4 hours earlier. I had it all back in about 2 hours after that, but I was feeling pretty blurry there for awhile.
