I'm getting my insurance settlement soon, yay, and I want to get a decent boosted car. I've already built a car so i'm really not into that shit anymore.

I want a car that has a luxury ride and a trubo, preferably stock 'round 6-9k.

I've seen the audi A4 1.8t and think its a pretty decent ride, especially with quattro.

The Lexus GS300 with teh 2JZ swap looks neat but i'm not certain I want a car with a swapped in engine. I've seen it done with teh supra tranny, which is very cool. But for the ones w/o the supra tranny I'm worried about how long is the stock one is expected to last.

I know there are trubo volvos out there but I have no idea what the models and years are.

I've already had a boosted New Yorker and besides that way to old.

Your opinions are appreciated.

 

I wouldn't get an A4. My friends family has been through 3 of them and they've all had lots of problems despite the fact that they were well taken care of.

 

Why boost and lux? Buy a GS300 and put the turbo kit on it stock. A4? nah..get a TT before that I saw a E series Benz hooked up nice before. Maybe that?

Cuz i want boost and lux, unless turbo is already there I dont wanna fuck with it. Not really interested in getting my nails dirty with cars anymore.

 

and I even read that. I think your asking alot for a little budget. If I wanted a luxury car that I could later boost close to that range I would get an IS300

no i'm just sick of installing turbos and shit on cars.

 

3-4k for the car. 1k for the kit. 2k for rims/tires. 1k for paint..who needs boost. BAAALLLIN!!
