yes, i've heard of them gettin pulled over for it and i a few cases ticketed. but it of course was thrown out of court.

btw that is yet another reason i stay away from ffx as much as possible, the cops are just fags about stuff.

Wrong sir. If it performs to factory spec it's legal no matter what shape, size or color. I know because I have asked State Troopers and my best friend is a County Sheriff. It can be the "blingness" muffler you want as long as it makes the same exhaust note the OEM does. I had the same situation with a State Trooper and said I left the silencer at home, went to court told the judge I put it back in case dismissed. But I am not in dudes county either. Cops and the state can big dicks and get your for anything if they feel like it but the majority of them have better things to do then chase around modified cars and if they do spend most of their days chasing modified cops, it's no wonder when I turn on the news another crime has happened because they are more worried about people's cars.

If we live in a TRUE democracy, all you need is the right canidates and voter support for how you want the laws changed.

I.E.... In Florida there is no state inspection except for the primary when your register the vehicle. Also there is no emissions, all because of the old folks with lots of political clout that don't want to be hasseled with inspections.

At one time our personal property tax on vehicles was being abolished. Although now we got some common fuckers in office bringing it back. I didn't vote for them(the ones responsible), but alot of other dumbasses did.

I blame the voters because the cops can ony enforce what is the written law.
