They still meet up in Rockville at the B&N/Old Navy? Wow. I know that awhile back some kids started acting a fool (I think it was Tekademics, more than likely) in the parking lot and the cops busted the hell out of them and then I saw some No Trespassing signs go up. After that, I have no clue where they moved to.

 

went to chik last night only one person from the board identified himself. About seven of us rolled up to rockville at around 9:30 two evos, two ef hatchs, turboll rx-7, a volvo, and a impalla with interceptor package. When we got to rockville there was not that many people maybe 2 or 3 cars then a bunch of spanish dudes mostly in clean ass turbo hondas. Looked around for parts off of my boys car that got stlen but did not really find anything since they did not open there hoods.

 

There are no impalas with intercepter packages...the intercepter package is a ford crown vic package. Thats like saying a intercepter camaro, they don't exist but a B4C camaro (chevy police pkg) does.

What you are describing is more then likely a caprice with the LT1 engine in it, they were used as police cars and basically the same thing as an impala except the impala's were nicer and more sporty.

Perhaps mitsumadness used the wrong word to describe the impala. I will also confirm that the car we all saw was a newer fwd impala with the police package.

 

There is no impala intercepter. Intercepter is trademarked by Ford and is package code P71.

It was probably a police packaged car but calling it an intercepter would be incorrect.

Not sure of the exact year, it was the 2000-2005 model.
