Don't want to get into the details of the story, BUT, long story short it was reckless, it WAS NOT racing.

Looking for a good lawyer to help get this point across... Not trying to get out of a ticket, I'll take whatever punishment handed. I just don't want to be put with reckless racing when it wasn't.

Sorry for your misfortune, unfortunately I don't have any idea about good lawyers down here. I DO have a really good lawyer in NY, if you want to pay her expenses.

I would start looking in the yellow pages and calling for consults if no one posts anything more useful.
