Teddy Black 757-547-5000 He knows all the judges and cops in chesapeake. hes saved countless friends of mine or at least got the ticket reduced. Hes also very reasonable about charging the younger crowd. he knows were broke. If you end up taking my advice, write the names Chris Freeman and Kyle Hales down when he asks how you found him, he'll give you a better price

this dude is your best bet in chesapeake its usually $300-$350 for a reckless ticket plus he knows a good bit of the officers and judges

teddy black is a fat motherfucker (if i remember correctly) who works out of the same office as mr. brown

Same thing happened to my friend up here. Lost his license for six months and got 2 days in jail or a $2000 fine. Good luck to you man.
