I need someone local that can sandblast a valve cover for me.

just spray it with aircraft paint remover, itll be spotless and cost less im sure.

Well it wasn't spotless after using Aircraft remover 3 times, letting it sit for about 10-15 minutes each time and using a metal scraper, so sandblasting it is.

Need to let it sit, covered in a plastic bag, for at least 45 minutes, about 4 times...
