Default Has anyone used a storage unit to work on your car?

I am real tempted to just rent a storage unit to finish my clutch job and head job on both my cars. Has anyone done this before? Or can recommend a good place that is cool with this?
thanks

I use public storage in Burke. You're not supposed to work on your car in there. I do, the manager knows I do. He doesn't care.

It's a tight fit, but it gets the job done. Plus free electricity.

You don't need to tell them or let them know that you are working on your car.

The only reason the manager knows, is because I have been "caught" before.

That's why I put a lift in my garage and let friends use it.

Call some shops nearby and ask if they offer lift time for some $

public storage right now seems like my best option! Plus for the first month is only 1.00 and a 22.00 fee so 23.00 and im set.......oh miss the first or go past 30 days and its 423.00
