i love my black car.
gets dirt real fast but when its washed/waxed up nice everyone stares

 

just drive it at night time only, i had a black 240sx...wasnt any hotter then my red car.

 

As long as you don't have leather interrior you should be fine, my lude used to be silver then I painted a dark blue(not si) and I thought it was a little warmer, but later I just found out that that summer was just hot as all hell... but yeah... hopefully you don't have those leather seats, to me those suck in summer and winter...

And a black car with black leather does get hotter than shit in the summer. But that's what tint is for.

 

also any imperfections with the paint job will show up with a black paint job

and yea when its dirty.. its dirty
but when its clean

all i know is i wish i painted my car white, its dark green now, as soon as i wash it and drive 5 feet, it is dirty....when my teg was white i could not wash it for a month and it still looked good.....black cars get dirty as hell so quick but when there clean, they look damn sexy.

 

Be ready to see swirls in the paint as soon as you wash it the first time. Other than that, just tint the windows and it'll be cool
