jdm gauge cluster

i have a 1990 integra with a jdm cluster for some reson my RPM gauge is not working matter of fact nothing works on it does anybody know what shop i could take it to?i need it fixed fast willing to pay good price.HELP ME PLEASE

yes its hooked up rite now the only thing that works on there is the MPH gauge and its telling me im going 140 MPH when i know im going 45MPH.so please help me i need it fixed fast.
