Default Good LS1 Shop on the Peninsula??

My freind just lost his oil pump in his '00 Trans Am, might've messed up the engine too. Whats a good shop to in the very least swap the pump and inspect the engine for damage? Worst case scenario engine rebuild or swap? Thanks guys, let me know. Peninsula is preffered because towing will be required for any movement at this point..

shoot, i'll change it for you. I've done it in my Formula (with LS1) and I've ported a few LS1 oil pumps for better flow and performance also. I dont have a tow truck though oh well.

If you want me to do it, I'm sure we can work something out! just PM me.

We'll see, Ill def keep you in mind. He described assorted noises as the pump failed so I have a feeling it'll be more than just an oil pump swap..

Jeff Creech and the boys @ CAM must be who you're talking about.

I would contact him ^. Towing to Durham plus labor at CAM will run you broke.
