Finally more people to trail ride with, count me in, I got a few people that can go. Not much of a rock trail rider though so Dictums Ridge maybe outta the question for me. But I gotta remember this date make sure you PM me or something, we only live 20mins away from this place, so maybe a barbi cookout maybe in order or something. Camping all weekend, lots of BEER and pray for good weather

 

Sounds good! Since you are so familiar with the area you and your buddies may lead the pack and show us around the area.

 

Not a problem, we can do that. There are really good camp sites that we go to right off the trail. If you set up before dark a lot of times you can watch other groups, rigs go by. Great while drinking a beer, grillin and sitting by the camp fire Then we know more disclosed spots to camp if you want more privacy.

 

I think they are planning on making camp the same place they did last fall. Simply because there was a lot of open space. Here is a picture of the spot from last year. You may recognize it but I myself have never been to gwnf.

George Washington National Forest. There is a collection of OHV trails right outside of Harrisonburg.
