The guy that was shot actually lives about 40ft from me.

It has been off limits to us since the shooting occurred.

I saw the message that came out, OC is off-limits to all military personnel, so navy, AF, army, USMC and USCG all can't go.

Duh.. but you drive by that place at 55mph??... who the fuck is going to be able to make someone out at that speed especially when paying attention to driving and once your in the club no one is supposed to be in there..cept OSI and if someone ask me if Im military Id just say no...
