Is SGM Melton gonna be the judge for this one ? lol. He was one of the judges for the last one, so I didnt bother to bring my bike out cause I know he would shit on me, again. I might just have to fuck with him this time lol

I am in the Navy, but I wanted to know if non Military personell participate in the show?
