Honestly, I know from experience. Upgrading the stock honda ignition is useless. The honda Ignition is pretty damn great from the factory, Hell. Come take a look at my car it has a whole bunch of ignition bullshit and it just makes it worse. I need a stock dizzy cap and coil

40! naw, jk. go to the msd website and check out their help and support forums. you dont need the ignition box, but the most benefit will be had if you have it.
