Direct Performance ----- Issues????
Yeah I agree RJ is cool and I did not mind working/dealing with him. Good guy. But the shop is Ran by Jimmie and big jobs will go through Jimmie. That why I said if its something small and cheaper go for it but other than that you will always be put on back burner and he will be too busy for you. Maybe because he is running another business (DP communication) and takling care of his car with YOUR MONEY!!!! Todd I heard was cool also, but then again he was just a worker and good one at that but I guess Jimmie had to let him go because he works for Honda and they found out about. It was a conflict of intrest.
2- Brother brought in his car to have his motor timed and get it in decent running condition(fully built with about 20 miles on it needed it tuned), drove there fine no issues, they told him they couldnt help him after messing with it for awhile. When he left he didnt get a mile down the road and his motor popped. They told him take it to abacus(where it was built) and tell them it just happened out of nowhere, he was told to be sure not to mention he brought it to them before hand(Obviously very shady).
Poor Chris.....

I was just looking threw this bullshit and I think some of you need to get your story stright. Just because a couple of people had a bad experience doesnt mean that every one is going to have a bad experiance with them. Most of the people that have a problem cause the problem. In a bussiness you can not make 100% of your customers happy all the time. I know DP on a personal level and have been friends with them for a long time now. I think for some to talk some shit about someone over a computer makes you a big person. Just cause something happen to you dont put the mans shop on blast like that. Talk to him and tell him how you feel and he will make it stright.

Second. No one is talking shit they are simply stating their likes or in most cases here dislikes/problems with the shop.

well I am good friends with all the DP guys and they have never screwed me on anything before or after we became friends. Its not cool to bash them on the computer for real though. Take it to him he is a pretty stand up guy on everything i have ever had to deal with.
I think the fact of the matter is this:
1st - Like RJ stated, people do bring problems they created to performance shops looking for the almighty cure.
2nd - It's hard to say "customers are always right". Think about what some people could do just in spite to rip a business off.
3rd - If someone complained in a level headed manner and the shops blows a person off, they have every right to tell the world. There is no better way to advertise than word of mouth, whether it's good or bad.
4th - A shop will always have more negitives told about them than positive... it's just the way the world turns. 2 out of 5 people have a bad experience, the 3 that had good experience usually dont commend the shop.
