How were you able to talk to them? I can't get through to any of my friends via phone. I sent them e-mails, but they don't generally check their mail until night anyways...

Msnbc is reporting it was an asian male with 2 hand guns that chained the doors shut. My friend was in the building and heard the shots and took cover in the janitors lounge.
