The nice thing about single cams is that they are cheap and plentiful. So if you boost it quite a bit and blow it up, you can replace it pretty easily without much trouble.

this car...if i remember correctly, had a K-series in it b4, and definetly needs one again! save the $ and get one! like i said, if this is the same one this car was really fast with the k in it!

The nice thing about B-series is that you can cheaply and reliably make power and not worry about having to replace it.

You don't sound like you want crazy power or are really into the potential headaches of owning a turbo car.

For the money of a turbo kit, you can swap in a B16. It will be just as reliable and easy to drive as it is now, only with enough hp to at least make it an entertaining ride.

nice hatch btw, since i got a free dseries into my hatch after the previous one took a crapper...i decided im gonna boost the sohc one in it right now and make it a decent daily driver....im not out to beat anyone on the "streets" but as the above poster said make it entertaining...

i had a boosted d15b was fun i would recommend it.....not too much hp only like 245 at 12 psi but fun.....
