Default New Start Auto - Nice cars, BAD business

Title says it all, saw a GSR Sedan, went, looked, was decent, seemed ok, lowered, boost gauge but not boosted (lol) - was original a dark green, painted over white (no good!!) -- Anyways, their website http://www.newstartauto.com clearly states they finance, anyone rides... this is copied from website "Where Everyone Deserves a 2nd Chance!" - "1. WE FINANCE EVERYONE with every kind of credit." - "We have money to lend to help people with different needs!!

We offer Financing with as little as $300 Down and $58 per week anyone can drive today!! " - "Call us now at 757-455-0005 to get instant approval or fill out our application online and have an answer in less then 1 hour."

Hang on, let me go check my phone + email... <pause>.. oh no missed calls, no emails, been well over an hour...

SO ANYWAYS.....

Getting there, the guy is cool as crap, Shawn I believe is his name, nice guy, the rest, not so nice....

The bottom line, don't expect to get financed on the spot, go find your own loan, the only reason I went was for in-house or for them to do the searching, any legitimate dealership pushes your paperwork through to several banks for a loan, the Cars, very nice, alot have too much going on for my likes, just looking for a clean GSR tegra sedan, no wrecks, no mechanical problems....

So here is another vendor review in hope to help

p.s. please no 16 year old kids with a shaggy hair cut post with shit talk

thanks =]

Why does your website offer financing, have a credit application and say "We Finance" when in reality, you do not offer in house financing or any connections to financing agencies?

The car in mind was just a 4 door car, didn't see any stipulations or fine prints, I'd be more then happy to purchase if financed through dealer, thank you for your time

It was an Integra GSR, 1998 4 door

No luck with outside financing yet, my credit isn't bad, it's just not established....

Hi,

There must be a reason we can't help you....

The car you picked is a GSR which has a Vtec motor in it and the younger buyers will add alot of mods to these kind of cars and then drive them hard or race them. That is not the type of car we want to finance thru our finance company.

Finally the fact that you haven't found other finacning outside of our company tells me that it is either the vehicle or your personal situation that is preventing you from getting a loan.

Thanks again

And good luck

Anthony

lmao

There you have it

So what does other people modding have to do with you purchasing the car?

Sounds like they are idiots and shady to me.
