Evo vs. STI
Good for you. I even said if a EVO or STI did a 5k drop clutch launch yes then they can get a low time. But a Z just doing a slipping clutch launch because they want to get traction gets a 13.3 that is great. A STI or EVO doing the same would be a mid 14 sec car. That is the facts so deal with it man.
No BS my friend. See link below for pictures, timeslips and video

A G weighs more than my car does with a full tank of gas and me in it. More weight+ same spring rates= more body roll and reduced grip.
Has a taller ride height.
Has less negative camber stock.
I've have been on track with them and trust me they do alright, but not better.
The G will not out handle a Z. A longer wheel base does not make it better.

How, all the slalom times and mph beg to differ. It is a known fact the G35 handles better than the Z in a Slalom. Look up the info instead of your opinion.
G35 Sedan weighs in around 3400 lb. Z Touring is 3400 lb.
I use to have a G35 Sedan 6mt. I raced at MSR and TMS all the time and I even passed 350z's in my car. The G35 is more STABLE than the 350z and can have a higher speed due to that.

My car weighs 3400lbs total, me in the car, full tank.
A full tank of gas in a Z is about 140 lbs, and I weigh 170.
Slalom times dont equall better handaling.
Longer wheel base also means the car will transition slower. Compare b stock auto-x times to G35 times for proof of that.
G35 Sedans also have a lower rear spring rate, you passed the driver not the car.

Anyways. This thread is beyond pointless now. My only goal now is to find the owner of the black 350z who saw it fit to downshift and take off next to me while I was in the turning lane. I mean he actually slowed down next to me, looked at me, and then took off.
Sexy car though.
Sexy car though.
This sums it up just nice....
Road and Track:
And thanks to its slightly longer wheelbase (112.2 in. to the Z's 104.3), the car feels more balanced and stable through corners than the Z, especially noticeable through quick left/right transitions where the Z's rear end can become a touch twitchy. In fact, the G35 recorded better handling numbers at the test track. It achieved 0.92g around the skidpad and danced through the slalom at 67.7 mph, besting the 350Z's 0.89g and 65.6 mph.

LOL! "Slalom times dont equall better handaling" Learn to spell. And you are so far out there on this it isn't funny. Read above and that is the EOD on that.
Facts are facts. You have none except your opinion. I just posted facts and unless you can come back with some data backing your info then you just need to STFU about the Z out handling the G35. Because it can not.
There were many other tests I also found from C&D, Motortrend that showed the Z slower in the Slalom than the Z. The G35 4 door is NOT slower than a Z period. They have the same drive train, same freakin weight, (Coupe is heavier) and its more stable and LIKE I SAID this has been PROVEN MANY MANY TIMES.
If you really think GS-D or RSA Goodyears are better than RE-050 tires then you got your head up your ass. The Z tires are much better than the G.
Like I said, back your shit up with a test that shows BOTH cars. Like I did above. Funny. You can't.
And your spelling, once you learn to spell properly you might get more respect.
