135k on an fzr600? wow. you sure the title just doesn't say *mileage not actual ?? that doesn't mean that the odometer flipped once already, that just means that the guages aren't accurate (like maybe they had been replaced at one time)

and if you think that fzr is heavy, be glad you didn't get the kawi then.

i wouldn't expect it to be as simple as selling it back for what you bought + what you put into it, i'd be ready to take a loss on it if indeed you do end up needing to sell it, especially if its dropped a few more times between now and then

Ya i dont believe it either, the bike runs really well it has alot of power if it is running with less power than it should... good lol. I really think the engine has been replaced. The front fairing has been swapped with another one but I don't know what bike its from... I like the way it looks though. And I dont think I'll have a problem selling it if i HAVE to I do like the bike a lot right now though and all ill be adding is a starter. Any one know where I can get one for a good price? I've seen from 60 bucks to like hundreds??? I'm not really sure what im looking for though so advice would be appreciated once again. Thanks to all the members who are helping me out, and putting up with my newbness

Sweet, thanks dude. Any btw, I'm just curious if your bike titles say what kind of bike it is on it? Or the carfax for that matter??? So far I haven't seen it written down what kind of bike it is?

The VIN# on the title should match the VIN # on the frame. Thats the most they require (I think). You are really buying the frame and title to be legal owner. The engine and all the rest can be changed, only the frame and the title should go together.

ya they match, and everything. Started up the bike again today and its running fine. Need to work to get some money for gear, parts, and MSF. Then I'll be ready to go.
