I am looking into getting a 3 bedroom house next month and will have 2 rooms to rent out. As of right now I have 2-3 people who 'might' move in but no one has said for sure yet. So, the rooms are still open. The house will be just off of Kempsville in the Volvo/Centerville area. It is a huge house (2400sq ft) 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, huge walk-in closets, fireplace, ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, 2 car garage, 4 car driveway, nice street parking as well, even comes with an alarm system.


- Rent with all bills (cable/net/gas/water/power) - $700


- 1 year lease is to be signed and the security deposit will be 1 months rent.


- You'll get your own bedroom, and share a bathroom with 1 other person. All you'll need is your bedroom stuff everything else I already have...or will have very soon.


- NO smoking inside my house... I really would like a non-smoking roomie but hey, if ya want to smoke you can do it outside..no biggie. (this means no weed or crack either)


- NO pets inside... this is a new house everything in it is NEW and I dont want it gettin pissed all over by someone's untrained little puppy. I might bend on the no pets rule a little if the dog is; cute, trained, and friendly.. however that is something we'd have to talk about. also there might be an added fee for the pup.


- NO huge/wild parties... yea we're gonna party but not every damn night, and i dont want the cops coming to ME with questions, nor do I want all my nice stuff to get trashed! Afterall, the club is only about 1/2 a mile away from the house. ;D


- You guys know me, the living room will have a nice tv, sound system, plus enuff movies and games to keep you busy all year long. Also I'll have wireless internet installed in the house, with a networked printer hooked up in the living room. Perks of this house will make the rent well worth it.

thanks... shit is pimp no lie.. and the area is like the best ever.. close to everything 2 turns from 64.. so its' easy to find yet it's out of the way from most of the traffic.
