FS: Week Stay In Cancun
I'm going to try this again in hopes of better results with summer time right around the corner.
Around October my friends and I were planning out a trip to Cancun. We found a great condo that has two rooms. I put down the money and paid off the condo in full (which was a huge mistake on my part). Long story short, we couldn't go during spring break and can't find time off of work during the summer. We have the place paid for and we are trying to sell it to get some money back. Only limitations would be if somebody else has that room booked. You can check which dates are available on the RATES section of the website provided below.
So, since the place is under my name, I am sort of responsible for doing something with the condo. Here’s a link to the website the woman made to show the place and there is also a link that lists the property on a few vacation rental sites.

She is a very nice person, most people wouldn’t even give me this option. I would receive payment from you and then notify her of the change (she has already said it was okay, she just needs to put the different name on the voucher and mail out coupons and other stuff like that to you). I accept PayPal, money order or check. I paid $1800 total for both rooms. I'm just trying to get something back in our pockets.
The best thing to do is check out the website for all the details.
Please help me out and pass this info along to other forums, friends and relatives. It’s a great place for college spring breakers because it’s right across from all the main clubs so you don’t have to worry about getting a taxi or riding the bus.

$800 for ANY DATES!!!!!! I can possibly extend the stay time from one week to a possible week and a half depending on the dates.

For those who are asking, yes, you can get just one room instead of both. I have seperate prices for each room (one is bigger than the other) and they can be used at different times.
