on/off the trailer? naw, its easy as hell. we drilled two holes in the floor of the trailer, and stick a big bolt through the ramp on each end. i can post pictures at some point if interested. best part of that ramp is that it folds in half.

I just use a 2"x12"x8' piece of pressure treated wood as my ramp, and I'll ride it into pickups all day long. I just kinda envision the ramp as just being the regular line the bike would follow, and I'm just riding up a hill...a hill that abruptly ends or I go into the back of a window.

I have the same 4x8 harbor freight trailer. I bought it to move my crap out of storage into a new apartment, and I will likely use it for a bike once i get a house and garage to store everything. I used 5/8 plywood, and sealed it. also made some 2 foot high sides to keep everything in. One thing that sucks is the little plastic casters they use to roll it around when its folded. I broke 2 of them, which makes it super hard to move. I bought some metal and rubber casters from Northern, and it rolls smooth now.
They are decent quality, and the fact that it folds up is a great feature if you dont have alot of space. The capacity is like 1200 lbs, so a 400lb bike should be fine on it.

I would get some pics for you, but I have the trailer taken apart and in storage.
