hi im a newbi to the 240sx cars...i just had a fight over a KA vs SR...and ofcourse the perfect engine for my 240 is a SR...BUT the KADE is a 2.4 and i heard cheaper parts and not so many KA guys out there...so yea..my question is WHICH ENGINE IS suitable for my...

Just about every Nissan motor is good for drifting besides the ka24e. I seen a couple stock kade at the drift event and they were holding their own. If you want to go daily then stay with the kade with bolts on’s and it should do ok at the drift events, if you turbo it the block is good for 400 hp if you tune it right and it is a fairly good block. I seen a couple sr's at the drifting event but by fair the best one was a ka24de-t but maybe that’s just because his was fully built. I think it comes down to owners pick. If you have a good engine in it, keep it and fix it up. You could fully build your ka or turbo it for how much a sr would cost you to go into your car. If you want a high revving drift/daily car go with the under dog ca18det and show everyone displacement isn't everything when it comes to drifting.

But yea back to my thread...I just wanna run 7 Psi on my KADE and it has 155xxx miles on it and bought it from a guy name...Japanda...JOEY? i dont kno but he drives his cars nice and he wants me to go SR...but I heard SOOOOO many stories about owners of their KA-T...

also how are the results on a GT28R..they are Dualball bearing...but...can they withstand daily driving and on the track???
