I'm all for it. Thats what they're there for. It pisses me off when people don't use them. If I get caught with that ticket, I'm going to pay, cuz its my fault.

 

So your all for, an out of state resident driving in VA paying 900-3000 dollars less of a fine for the same infraction? If you read the second paragraph you'll note why these penalties are being put into place, and it's not for enhanced driver awareness and safety concerns, it's strictly for more fuckin money, which is why they took away the courts ability to lower or suspend the civil penalties in certain cases. Somebody is gettin rich off this one.

If you failed to use your blinker on the driver test...guess what...you failed. Speeding up and forcing yourself into the lane doesn't give you right of way. USE YOUR F**KING TURN SIGNALS!!!!!! oh and bike riders...using you feet doesn't count as a hand signal

I wish I could switch some lights on and go through red lights all day like those guys do.

 

I whipped over into another lane just the other day without using a signal right in front of a cop, he didn't look twice. I'll have to be more careful about that from now on.
