the MKV GTI used to be a rare sight, now they are everywhere

Probably not the next civic. You can spend $30k on a loaded GTI. I don't think we'll see them as often as the Honda.

i have noticed that also. ive seen many of these and the dealer told my buddy when he bought his that there was like 2000 made and ive seen close to 10 of them all diff drivers.
can anyone shed light to me on what this is? other then a fancy painted VW

423 i think. not sure. are they turbocharged? possibly supercharged since i know the euro guys like more power at lower rpms
