How do you figure? The states can regulate fines and such within it's own borders.

They could charge you $5K for a license and there's not shit you can do except vote

There's plenty of shit you COULD do about it (vote, write letters, protest) but none of the people bitching WILL do anything, except bitch.

Again a reading problem, you must have got your diplomas from special ed
I am sorry if your handicap only allows you to read every other line.

Maybe if I post what I posted a few pages back that you missed your brain will see it. More

Some say "hire the handicap because they are fun to watch", but after a while it just gets aggravating dealing with them.

Wow you clearly argued that it's okay to play porn in a vehicle in public, numerous times. Then when I argued against it you said that you paid for the vehicle, it's your property, I'm a communist because I think it's wrong...blah blah blah...I'm not going to bother to go through and quote each one.

So going by your original dumbass statement, as long as someone has dark tint and it's a 7" screen it's alright? So instead of just banning porn in vehicles we sould make a bunch of special consessions so some pervert can get his rocks off while driving?

My whole point is it's a good law that people shouldn't watch porn in their vehicles while in public. How the hell can you argue against that?

I think discretion should be used.

Most police officers won't write you a ticket for going 2 MPH over the speed limit.

If you have to spy into someone's vehicle to see what they are watching it is an invasion of privacy. Just like if someone starts peeping into your home outside one of you windows.

Would you find it ok for someone to stand in your bushes staring through the window to see if you commit any crimes in your home?

I don't, as well, I see it as as invasion of privacy if someone must peer into my vehicle to see what I am doing, if it is not apparent I am breaking the law from the outside.

I give you the Hitler salute Murphyd311

I know I do, I have to make sure I vote to cancel out yours so the USSR doesn't resurface over here.
China still practices communism, you'd fit right in.

Cute, Hitler remarks. Sorry your pussy got hurt. I never said that officers shouldn't use discretion, just that the law should be very clear on what you can and can't do. All of your arguments have been ludicrous and haven't generally had anything to do with the point I've been trying to make, like above. But I guess if you get the last post in, no matter how stupid, you win right?

Why didn't you answer my question? I was simply giving you another scenario, instead of DUI it could just as easily be any number of infractions. I legally own a gun, should i be able to shoot it in the middle of town? It will only affect you if you are hit by the bullets correct, so using your rational that should be just fine.

you have my by a year old man. Anywho...Hooked on Phonics gave me a degree after only studying their course at home for 2 months...they told me that was some sort of record! my mom was proud

Replying to everyone elses questioning attitude by calling them nazi, communist, retard or kid is a very poor rebuttal. If you have a valid point then by all means try to make it. If you can't put an argument together hit the books and come back when you can.
