i gotta say this is a sad thread. I personally had Brad, s-fab design and fab my entire turbo kit, (stage 3) with the top mount manifold, 3" dp and a bunch of other things. i gotta say EVERYTHING was top knotch, his welds are very clean, and i gotta say when the car was done it was worth the wait. i saved alot of money going through him and it was well worth it. my car was NASTY fast when i got it back and i could not of been happier when the car was back. big thumbs up for s-fab. sorry u guys have had issues for some od reason but needless to say s-fab is a GREAT company

good company?...... i guess for the people actually getting the items they have rightfully paid for. like i have stated, i paid for my turbo kit in full in December 2006, what year is this? what month? that is not what i call a "good company".

Brad i want a refund! now! i dont care anymore, no excuses. i have paid you and got absolutely nothing in return except for you socketing my ECU, which you can keep the agreed 50 dollars for. there is absolutely no reason it should take this long for you to have made me what we agreed upon, i dont care how many orders you claim to have. i am a paying customer just like everyone else you claim to be backed up with. i got no email from you, you have my phone number, CALL ME!!!!

you have my paypal account address, that is where my refund can be sent. there is nothing to "message me about my order", as you claim, send a refund to my paypal account.

Ive made you a D series ram, DP and dump tube. You were notified on AIM and disppeared for a month and a half. You never came and got the items.

You then said O i dont want it anymore, i got a GSR now. Hmm? ok?? So then me being nice and not saying, well you are SOL, you find somthing to do with this manifold YOU had me make. Well no I said, Ill make you a B series unit.

Same thing happend, I told you it woul dbe a new 3 week period because i have others in front of you and this is like placing a whole new order. You said no problem, im not in a rush. So once again I make the B series unit. Where were you for a month? Missing in action AGAIN. Hmm so whats the problem? why wont you get your items? Oooo yeah. You get in contact with me stating you are broke, would like a refund and did not want your items at all anymore. So after i've invested well beyond the sticker price for you, now you want a refund. WHICH I GOT WITH YOU ABOUT BECAUSE YOU DIDNT REPLY TO MY EMAILS ABOUT IT AND INSTEAD YOU GOT ON HERE MAKING IT SEEM LIKE IM A BAD GUY. YES ITS BEEN A WHILE, BUT YOUVE STONG ME ALONG ON TWO SETUPS YOU WOULDNT PICK UP OR CHANGED YOUR MIND ON. I had your stuff ready, twice. And you both times changed your mind. This time claiming your broke and just need money, Ok, no problem.

You were emailed back and said, yes, you will be getting a refund in short time as discussed

What??? I check and reply to my emails 2 - 7 days a week. My cell has never been a means of contact. My AIM, has never been a contact. I have two emails and has "always" been means of proper contact. My cell was given out and people abused it. Calling from 8oclock at night to 3 in the morning. Some kids would call 30 times within 10 minutes and be pissed that i didnt answer when NORMAL people were a sleep!!!.

I was getting 30 to 50 calls a day and A: it ate my minutes up and ran my bill to the limit 2-3 a month.
and B: people would leave a message (good, what should be done). then they would call back 5 more times that house, leaving 2-3 more asking why i wasnt picking up.

Thats easy. A: I was sleeping so i could work the next day.
B: I was with a customer already.
C: I was in the middle of a install or some kind of fab work.

CrazyCaucAzian8 Emailed me, asked if i had a D series Ramhorn forsale. I said, yes I do. He made payment a week later, recieved the goods a few days after.

Hmm how did i have a D series ram in stock? Maybe its because bigkshep wouldnt pick it up after i made it and demanded a B series or full refund after me doing the work order he put in for.

Exactly.

And jason, you first had experienced "the bad customers".

You people have to think that some people have the "give me give me or else" attitude, or are just simple out to bring you down in the first place because they are "haters". Inlinepro, Brauning motorsports, AR fab, Peak boost, promotion, AED. you name it, you have haters that are just wanting to bring them down for some reason.
