Happy but Sad Day.
The Lariat on my F350 diesel didn't come with white gauges, heated seats, or a moonroof. Still pimp and much easier to maintain than cheap ass cloth. Some of the detailers on this board might be able to suggest some leather conditioners. Can try out some of mine if you'd like. Have a few different ones at the house.
Get the Line-X Xtra spray in liner instead of Rhino or no name stuff, the additive to Line-X (the "Xtra") keeps it from fading and will keep the color (I'm saving up for it, along with train horns, and video backup monitor...). Good write up and comparison pics from an installer on TheDieselStop forums. You can mount in a raised surface design/logo/whatever in the truck bed near the cab and have that sprayed with the liner for a wicked custom look.
Trade up the UWS to WeatherGuard if you can afford the extra loot. Call up Capital City, that's where I got mine, they were about $150 cheaper than Truckin' Thunder. Truckin' Thunder has a nice display of both the WeatherGuard and UWS side by side on Midlothian Turnpike, there is a HUGE difference!
Go cheap and swap out mufflers for a deeper tone if that's all you're looking for with the exhaust. It's a truck, no one looks underneath for the shiny stuff and mandrel bends on it aren't gonna matter as much.
I really, really, really love my SCT X2 thing from Performance Autosport for about $400 after tax. Got the economy, street, and performance tunes from Kevin. Really wakes the truck up! There is a setting to clear codes and return it to the stock program in case you need to go in for warranty work.
