Ok so i was headed to work this morning and came up to the four way intersection right by my work. Well the car in front of me ,a mitsubishi suv, was stopped at the stop sign. There are 18 wheelers parked all around here so it is hard to get a view of all the streets when stopped. Well as he takes off a car, i think was a mazda, t bones the mitsubishi going like 50 in 25. The suv flips because he was hit so hard. The kid in the mitsu was fine his hand was cut pretty bad. Also he had to kick his windshield to get out. Now after the guy in the mazda regains conciousness (sp) he tries to punch the kid.He was saying that the kid ran a stop sign. Well after the cop gets their the only witnesses are me and 4 of the mazda guys coworkers. So they all say the kid ran it and the cop wrote him a wreckless. I told the cop we were both stopped and that his co workers are just sticking up for him. I also told him that they didnt see the wreck. The cop says ok and drives off WTF

so did he get charged with runnin it or not? or did the cop just be like fuck it and keep it moving?

Here is what I got:

Kid stops at the intersection. Kid proceeds to go through the intersection. The other guy runs a stop sign (50 in a 25). This guy plows into the kid. Other guy's friends show up. Other guy's friends lie to the cop which causes the cop to say that the kid was at fault.

I could be wrong though.
