If you do anything stupid to get their attention chances are you'll get pulled for it. I don't care how old you are or what you're driving.

You're at a distinct disadvantage already because a bone stock 350Z sounds like some moron put a stupid exhaust on it.

Don't be an idiot and you'll be fine. Or be an idiot and come up with some reason you're being profiled when you start getting tickets again. It's that simple.

ive got a turbo civic with a 3 inch and ive never been pulled over just because, ive only been pulled over once for speeding but was luckily able to get out of it, my exhaust is loud ....but my car is very low key and not flashy at all so maybe that has somethig to do with it. very dark car as well so it surely doesnt stick out except of course the shine .having a z is definitely a plus cause most youngins that the police pinpoint dont drive a car that nice.

 

It's not about the car you drive, it's about the attention you attract. Driving a car with a flashy body kit, bright paint and loud exhaust is going to attract way more attention then a stock looking car. Driving like an asshole will attract attention too.

It's common sense. Think about who you would pick to pull over if you were the cop.

 

If I was a cop I would pull over every freekin Harley, and big assed "Pungo Special" deisel truck I saw!!! Exhuast tickets all around.

 

I don't get harrassed in my car. (knock on wood) yet I don't really drive around like a tool either.
