Now when you say that do you include his next purchase of the SA XD in the statement? I don't want to start a war or anything but everyone seems to love them. Me personally, I have no experience with them, but I naturally lean towards not liking them. If that is what you meant, I'd just like to hear an opposing opinion for once.
1. It doesn't have a hammer. (which is why I hate Glocks, too)
2. People buy it thinking they're supporting an american gun company (thanks to SA's ad campaign), but it's a Croatian gun.

I am including that in the statement. If it was just the Desert Eagle, I would take it as an anomaly, but I hate the XD. I hate it for two main reasons:
1. It doesn't have a hammer. (which is why I hate Glocks, too)
2. People buy it thinking they're supporting an american gun company (thanks to SA's ad campaign), but it's a Croatian gun.

My dad is great friends with a gun dealer in Maine, I can get a great deal on almost anything. The Taurus PT1911 is my next purchase for a firearm.
