Stripped lugnut!!HELP
Whats up guys well I got a flat the other day and went to remove all the lugs and got to the last one and the damn thing was so tight on there that I ended up being a dumbass and stripped it really bad.. It was a 21mm now I can geta 20 mm on there easily what should i do? I went to the store to get oneof those sockets for the stripped bolts but all they went up to was 19mm
.. So I tried just cutting a little notchin the lug and stuck a screwdriver in there and beat it with a hammer mopeing it would come loose but no luck..Should i just take it to a wheel shop? or do you all have any secret methods..thanks in advance for any help

air hammer w/ chisel accessory ftw. you can also burn them off with an acetelyne torch but you sometimes damage the rim that way. if you have access to a welder, you could try to weld a nut on and turn it off with that. if you dont have access to any of that, i guess you could use a hammer and chisel and try to notch into the lugnut and hit it the way you need to to turn it off.
wow all you have to do is get a pair of vice grips clamp it down on the socket so it's tight take a rubber mallet or small hammer and hit it in the direction to loosen it........after it loosens some you should be able to just turn it socket...
If you can get a 20mm on there easily, then get yourself a 12 point 19mm socket and hammer it onto the lugnut. Then take a socket wrench and remove it. I used this method many times before...
