I bought the car with this alarm, started acting up today, had it since May

This is what it is doing:
-LED Stays on****
-Does not arm alarm****
-Can unlock/lock Doors still
-Can hold down the panic button and alarm goes off
-Autostart still works

any suggestions?

 

i wanna say its in valet mode, turn the ignition on and hold down the valet button and the led should turn off

that's exactly what it was, went to the audio shop today and they got it back to normal, thanks

correction guys, to put the alarm in/out of valet mode: turn ignition on then off and press the black button one time.
Solid LED = Valet mode. The black button is usually located near the kick panel or under the dash on the driver side.

 

or keep ur door open and press lock unlock then lock again... or some sequence like that
