First off, don't take advice from someone that doesn't fit comfortably in an S2000 b/c they instantly call them gay. You will notice all the guys that can't fit in them, hate them.

 

true to that. I suggest maybe an 04 or 05 GTO - unblelievably comfortable, plenty of power and very mod friendly - reliable also.

I just picked up a 99 z28 with a few mods that runs fantastic - can't beat the cheap price either. I paid 11k for a car with 40k original miles in awesome shape.

 

Not true at all. Shawn (WhiteSSP) can't fit in one and he loves them. I have a hard time getting into a Miata, but I'd throw a V8 in one and rock it on the daily.


But S2K's might as well be butt plugs.

 

I could use some more room between my right thigh and the wheel, but other than that I fit fine. And I do love them, they're loads of fun.

All the Honda fanboys hated it when it was shown in Eye Candy. Aside from that, even a V8 wouldn't save it from the tucked-wheel faggotry that infests most S2k lovers.

 

An LS1 powered S2000 is like my dream car. It combines an amazing motor with an amazing chassis and topless fun.

03-04 cobra hands down for the value. Just a little bit out of your range, but i mean it would be worth the extra couple months wait.
