I've been getting estimates to compare to each other. I need my roofing replaced, some flashing work around the chimney, and pipe collars. I'm looking to get this work started by mid next week. My place is a Townhouse so the roof size isn't super larger off S.Plaza Trl and Holland Rd.

Childer's roofing did mine. They had the lowest estimate and did a very good job. FYI, none of the crew knew english but they worked hard and did it right. I also had new flashing put on the chimney, etc.
