350z isn't exactly large. The rear "strut bar" ruins it. Its been the most impractical vehicle I could have ever thought of owning. Somehow, I have managed to make it this long without buying a DD.

 

I know this is old, but I have to ask...

1) Do some of you REALLY think the 350Z is better looking? Seriously?

2) Why do you think it's more practical? Have you ever tried to use an S2000 as an "everyday" car? I think the S2000 is more practical.

3) Have you ever heard an S2000 with a good exhaust? Invidia doesn't count. One of the sexiest cars I've ever heard (Ferrari not included) is an S2000 with a test pipe and HKS exhaust

4) Does "fun to drive" mean anything to you? Or just street rep? Numbers aside, S2000s are FAR more fun to drive.

5) Headroom???? How can the solid top 350Z have more headroom? WTF? You can lower the set too.

6) For those of you worried about interior space, have you ever tried adjusting the seat? I know of 6'6" 250lb + people who fit comfortable in their S2000. I'm 5'10" and if I put the seat all the way back, I can't reach the pedals.

I like both cars alot, but the Z works best for me as a daily/track car.

 

I'd get an s2k because it's a fun car, and you can probably find one for cheaper than you can find a 350z.

Don't get me wrong, I like 350Zs. The only reason i feel I can even pass judgement on the car is because I almost traded my old S2000 for one. After spending 3 days with the 350Z, I decided I liked the S2000 more, so I kept it. It just seems like there were a bunch of people that were spreading "fact" about the car without any personal experiance in it.

350Zs are great, to each there own. I'd just like to keep this somewhat honest.

 

if he wants, both cars are bad choice in my opinion. every kid with a rich mom has an s2000, look at the asians for a fact or them white b0yz. they r like mustangs.

 

s2k man deffenetly, even if u liked the looks of the 350 i would still go with a g35 only because there sooo freakin sexii.
