pdoes that mean you will take 1k for the wheels since that is what your taking off the price?

No, Wheels and tires alone cost over 2k. If someone bought the car without the wheels, wheels will go up for sale with a $1500 price tag. I am pretty positive that the wheels without tires will go for at least $1200 on ebay. Tires are Nitto NT555. with about 85% thread left
