so basicly i used to live in chesapeake and i moved this summer. well on my way to visit my girlfriend who lives in chesapeake i got a pretty shitty ticket in martinsville. 105/55 racing some kid in a civic but he didnt charge me with racing. ive had a reckless before but it got dropped to 19 over. and one other ticket of 11 over.... what should i do?

continue it till it gets pushed up into a higher court, they will provide you with an attorney and they will bargain with you then.

 

also im a tn resident with a tn license so atleast the new va laws dont apply
