Just be sure not to add more than 3 v-tecs to the oil. Also stay away from headlight and header oils they don't work well. ha.

stick with 5w30. I sometimes switch it up and run 10w30 in the summer, kinda crazy ay?

Thats the good shit right there, haha. 5-30 year round is good, 10-30 in the summer is ok, since it does get pretty hot around here.

so use the 5w-30 purple royal stuff cuz i heard the synthtic is bad for vtec is that true or no

no problem whatsoever, Vtec engagment will not be effected

mobile 1 makes a 0w40 that would work very well

i use 5w-30 royal purple..and sometimes castrol conventional (sp)
