But the reason we are all talking shit to him on this circumstance is...
HE WAS GOING TOO FUCKING FAST!
There is no way to get around it, we are going to try and make him look stupid, and attempt to make him no longer post on this site (at least the stupid shit).
We don't hate on everyone, just people without brains, that ask dumb questions...(i.e. Yo, what do I need to do to get out of this 105 in a 55?) Bitch slow the fuck down and you won't have to worry about it again. Common sense > people. You fucked up, deal with it now, don't do it again. Follow that, and you will be fine in the future. But man up and deal with what you did, and stop asking us what you should do. If you are worried about it enough, you would have already researched penalties and found the best lawyer/attorney for said offenses.

Your best bet is to just not go to court and never drive in VA again. That way they can't put you in jail, because you wont be there and you don't live in VA anymore. You'd probably be better off just never coming back to VA ever again. It's obviously the simplest solution.

man the reason why most these people are dicks on these forums are because their abunch of little kids who love talking shit, and when you tell this to them, they talk even more shit. You where going pretty fast, where was the location and what state and city is the court date at.

For a ticket of 105 in a 55, if you tried to say "Your speedometer was off" - the judge would laugh at you and prob give you a harder sentence. He knows that YOU know you were doing well over 55. That 'faulty equipment' thing only works if you get pulled over for a couple of mph (5-12mph)
