why don't you shut the fuck up and stay off my thread. i wanted an honest opinion from the people (which i thank you for helping me out with it). i'm not bitching about the ticket because i know what i did was wrong i just wanted to ask people on this froum whats the best way to go about this. reckless, driving on susp, dui = 6pts. most of these stay on your record for 11yrs

speeding 1-9 over is 3pts
most turning and passing tickets are 3 pts as well. most of these stay on there for 5 yrs

speeding 10-19 over is 4 pts
failure/o,proper signal, failure to stop/yeild, and the like is 4pts. these stay on 3-5 depending on the ticket

learn something before making a shitty ass post like that.

yeah what happened was that i was pulling out of my house and on to catharpin and i was driving those back roads. i didn't realize how fast i was going and i see a truck coming from the other direction ( this was by the generator on the left hand side) and behind the truck was a cop. then i slowed down and by that time the cop caught me.
