You won't be anymore, just got a 2nd car so the Z now is a weekend driver now that I have a beater planning on getting the JP AERO kit all around very soon, coils, and either Vortech S/C or APS TT (still debating on that one)

and to everyone saying the "stereotypical" Z driver is a dick, only the young 17-19 year olds who had their moms & dads buy the car for them, and I know exactly what you mean by that attitude.

As for myself, I don't think my car is better than anyone else's, I'm actually pretty enthuthiastic about everyone's cars, even when I see a car that I don't like, I always compliment the owner anyway

there's always gonna be someone in the street faster than you, that's a fact, so there's no reason to act like you're the king of the street

But I will extend that to 21 got plenty of those in the air force now that people are realizing that the 350 is down as low as 13000 for a used one I am seeing alot more of the 03-04 showing up on base, and there are a couple with the attitude...

I still think people need to realize that owning a Z car puts you in a community dating all the way back to the 60's, if you ever get a chance to go to the National Z Convention you will see that... You still have your ass's but there are alot of cool people still.

 

well the thing with the Z is that all the years look Identical, with minor changes throughout each year, so a normal person will see say a 16 year with an 03 Z with like 80,000 miles and think oh that's a 35000 car he or she is driving but in reality it really was $16000.

Brand new Zs still go for $30000 +

mine was $35500 back in 04 when I got it new, it is a Touring model
