Why do you think they call our hobby a money pit

If you're worried that much about it you'll always get more money if you part the aftermarket stuff out and sell the car as stock.

exactly alot more because...
1. you dont have to buy and ship over the sr20 engine/tranny
2. the (pain in the ass) wiring is already done and the engine is already properly swapped
just outta curiosity, why do you care so much?
I was thinking about selling my car. You can get sr motors all day in the states, they are not that hard to swap and the wire harness can be bought. So an easy 3,000 red top swap makes the value of a s13 3-4,000 more than my car. my car looks way better and is worth allot more than 6,000 to me. I just didn't want to really overcharge someone for the car if they want it, so I was asking opinions. But it looks to me like I should just post it for a high price and if it don’t sell oh well.
i agree.....sell it for wut you think its worth.....if it doesnt sell on here for wut you want(witch it probably wont)id put it up on other web sites were you can get wut you want for it........
S13 + redtop + no other work does not equal $10k.
Your car is super clean and has some nice mods, but that's about all it has going for it. It has "unknown" miles, a stock powertrain, etc..
Don't mod the car to make it worth more so you can sell it, you will never recoup your money.
The highest "$ value to actual worth discrepancy" is still with stock Kouki's. I've seen really nice stock 5spd Kouki S14's sell for $11-12k. Hell, I've personally sold one for $10k and one for $10.8k.
You have a nice car, but the mileage is a killer. Also, did you paint the engine bay? Did you remove the interior and respray there? In the trunk? Doorjams? That's a BIG consideration when I buy a car someone's painted. It'd better be the same color absolutely everywhere and look FACTORY or better.
In general though, it's a great looking paintjob.
