Here is what's included:
-SS Auto Chrome Manifold w/ .42/.48 mounted
-.42/.63 not mounted(both turbos are good with no shaft play)
-Turbonetics wastegate(not sure of size and I think it has a 7lbs. spring)
-3 inch thick XS Power Intercooler
-2 1/4 Intercooler pipping for a 90-93 Integra w/DSM blow-off valve
-Turbo XS manual boost controller
-Return and feed oil lines
-Down pipe w/ flex pipe and flange to delete your cat
-Clamps and couplers
-Untapped LS oil pan(not pictured)
For the return oil line all you have to do is drill a hole for the return line that has two supplied plastic gaskets that sandwich together for a tight seal.

Yes it is.

 

What kind of numbers did you see with this setup? ~250whp?

 

It never made it on my car. But from what I know 250 is probably the maximum you could squeeze out because of the size turbos. If you bought a T3/T4 you could 300whp from a stock LS.
